Growing Future Talent: training on the job and internships
Investing in young people is essential for the future of our industry and our community. In a technical field like mould manufacturing and plastic injection moulding, EPS supports students and young professionals with practical learning experiences and real opportunities to explore work world.
Training and Hands‑On Experience
EPS collaborates with schools and universities, offering guided visits, workshops, and technical activities inside its six production sites. Students can observe mould manufacture, injection moulding processes, CNC operations, quality control systems, and digital technologies such as IoT sensors and MES–ERP integration.
Learning About Sustainability
Our programs also introduce students to sustainability topics, including Life Cycle Thinking and responsible design. We promote a long‑term view of plastic as a durable material and encourage awareness of environmental and social impact.
Innovation and School Projects
During Innovation Week and throughout the year, EPS hosts activities for children and teenagers, combining technical learning with creativity. Our technicians also teach in classrooms, helping students work on real company challenges and supporting them in developing projects and graduation papers.
Internships and Work‑Based Learning
EPS offers internships, summer experiences, and school‑to‑work programs where young people learn directly in the production departments, supported by tutors and experienced technicians. They gain practical skills, understand company workflows, and learn about safety, responsibility and teamwork.
Safety First
EPS has signed the Carta di Lorenzo to ensure safe learning and working environments for young people. We provide dedicated safety training and promote a culture of responsible behaviour across all departments.
Building a Positive Future
We believe every young person has unique potential. Supporting their growth means investing in our territory and building a stronger, more sustainable future for everyone.
