EPS dedicates the first part of the year to young people, innovation and Career Days

EPS have been full of activities aimed at young people, education, and building strong connections with the local community the first months of the year.

Through Career Days, company tours, hands‑on workshops and the initiatives of Innovation Week, EPS has strengthened its role as a key point of reference for anyone interested in technical careers and growth paths in the plastics manufacturing sector.

Career Days: a real bridge between school and industry

giovani youthEPS took part in several Career Days, opening meaningful conversations with students, recent graduates, and young professionals eager to explore opportunities in mechanics, injection molding, automation and design.

These events offered the chance to:

  • Meet technicians and experts from different departments
  • Learn about open positions, internships, and apprenticeship opportunities
  • Understand how EPS brings innovation, sustainability and digitalization into everyday processes

During these sessions, EPS showcased innovative materials, new molding technologies, IoT solutions, and advanced MES–ERP integration systems — giving young pupils a clear picture of how modern manufacturing works.

Company tours and workshops: learning on the field

EPS strengthened its partnerships with schools, technical institutes and universities by organizing:

  • Guided tours across its six production sites, where students could see mold manufacturing, injection molding and assembly activities up close
  • Educational workshops focused on technical drawing, basic mechanical design and polymer applications
  • Activities tailored to different age groups, with a strong focus on sustainability and digital technologies

These initiatives aim to bring young people closer to the world of work and to the concepts of innovation and sustainability, showing them a sector full of opportunities and constantly evolving.

Innovation Week: young people shaping the future

Among the most important initiatives of the first part of the year, Innovation Week put the spotlight on technological innovation, collaboration with internationalgiovani youth partners, and dialogue between institutions, schools, and companies.

The week ended with a session dedicated entirely to young participants, who had the chance to talk with professionals and discover how innovation drives every activity within EPS.
