The process is completed with downstream assembly steps, where we apply pre spacers and protective film.

A fully integrated approach to assembling custom plastic components

ASSEMBLAGGIO FOOD CONTACTWe co-design and mold customised plastic part, bringing design, engineering, and production together in one streamlined process. Each part is developed to ensure consistent quality, hight aesthetics and reliable technical performance. We manage both simple and complex assemblies, all the way to the free-pass finished product, in a dedicated department. Our production area is designed for an optimized workflow: from injection molding to final assembly. In the assembly department, we also turn components into free-pass finished products. Assembly also includes ultrasonic welding and hot welding: it  is completed with functional or leak tests when required.
