DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF PLASTIC INJECTIONS MOLDS

Our tooling workshop is the department where our people deal with the construction and maintenance of plastic injection molds. Molds are complex equipments and thanks to a proper design they are determining for the geometry of the molded part but they even condition cycles in production. The plastic injection technology combines types of molds and thermoplastic polymers injected into the press, to create durable plastic parts with a precise technical and aesthetic performance. Our team of analysis method apply the appropriate technologies to each business area and to the required production volumes. 

On the other hand our design office and the tooling workshop create molds for the production of durable plastic goods for different business : automotive, mechanical, HVAC, professional, HORECA and VENDING

We gained our experience in the world of molds and evolved later with investments in the tooling department. Today our people in tooling workshop are constantly seeking to improve the production processes and to grasp the innovations.

Our aim is to become a partner of the customer, in order to support him serching the best design solutions to developt efficently each project. The constant collaboration with the internal molding department make the service complete

EPS  can fast  provide feasibility studies and full  cost accounting while supporting customers in research and development activities and project feasibility analysis.

We can realize prototype parts using the 3D equipment. This activity is   useful  to check in advance  the parts and make us replicate   the  conditions of our mass production.
