EPS at the “Punto di Incontro” fair to meet local young people and talk about work and growth opportunities driven by innovation and sustainability
EPS took part in the FVG fair dedicated to employment, training, and career guidance, with the aim of offering useful insights to young people and to all those who wished to enter the world of work.
The event represented a strategic opportunity to foster dialogue between industry and the new generations: in a production landscape increasingly oriented toward digitalization and sustainability, EPS presented itself as a point of reference for those seeking a stimulating and continuously evolving professional path.
During the fair, the company illustrated its activities and the opportunities for employment in the fields of mechatronics, industrial automation, and CAM design. It was also a valuable occasion to engage with HR managers, understand the real needs of the job market, and begin planning one’s professional future.
As the CEO, Lorena Zambon, emphasized: “the development of every company is closely linked to the skills and professional growth of the people it employs.” She then added: “we were looking for talents capable of combining technical expertise, systemic thinking, and a passion for change. People ready to grow with us, in an environment where innovation and sustainability are concrete values.”
For this reason, during the event, participants were able to apply for internships, apprenticeships, and open positions in the workshop and plastic injection molding departments.
